Already in 2022, Larissa has successfully closed over $40 million in volume. Not only is she exceptional at what she does, she herself resides in Arcadia and offers her clients an outstanding knowledge of her local and surrounding communities. 

Larissa became a licensed Realtor in 2017 as a way to help her husband – a custom builder and developer within the acquisition & selling aspect of his company’s business. Since then, she has led her business with her heart for service. Larissa is truly passionate about helping others and takes so much joy in seeing a family move into their dream home, helping a developer to acquire that perfect piece of land for a fantastic spec project, and everything in between. She prides herself on standing up for her clients, ensuring them value no matter the price point or square footage.
